India Pale Ale - Moutere/Mosaic

Описание

For us balance is key. With this IPA we’ve gone for a moderate bitterness and residual sweetness, in a similar fashion to the SFO. Then backed it up with a solid malt backbone and a heap of Moutere & Mosaic hops (ok, so it still needs to be hoppy AF).Fresh tropical fruits, citrus and just a hint of resin, your mileage may vary.
