Homer J IPA

Описание

Built with a mellow malt backdrop of NY Pilsner malt, Pale Ale malt and a touch of Honey Malt The hops can really stand out on this beer because we left out the caramel malt. Hops include NY Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, West coast hops Simcoe and Amarillo. This beer is dedicated to our Boat, Homer J. He took us on many adventures over the last 20 years. He just recently sailed his final voyage when we unexpectedly met with a submerged shoal in the 1000 Islands in the dark. The boat Dr. says it's beyond repair. Farewell Homer you were a great boat.
