We brewed a rustic dark ale with our house Brett culture. Most of it is sitting in Chambourcin barrels with dried dates and currants for a Fall 2019 release, but we wanted to give you a sneak peak at the base beer. Over the next year the sweetness will fade and the acidity and funkiness will increase!
