We had a great time brewing this one along with Stéfan of Billie's Bar, Shop & Festival. As one of the Godfathers of the Antwerp craft beer scene he proposed we put together this old-school hopcracker.A dry and crisp West Coast Imperial IPA with lots of Munich malt and layered with copious amounts of Amarillo, Magnum & Cryo Simcoe. To achieve a fantastically crisp, dry and complex bitterness, we added hops every 10 minutes during a 90 minute boil.Order a pint of this one and demand they play some heavy guitar music to balance what's about to happen in your mouth.Billie, this one's for you!
