Blackberry Barrel

Wild-grown local blackberries aged with cider in awhiskey barrel. This limited small batch has notes of berry, oak, and crisp apple. Picked from a thornythicket of blackberry canes growing alongside anearby forested creek, these plants are bothadaptable and stubborn. Truely Stoic indeed.
