This cider that resembles Bromlebasse in color, crafted using the same technique, but with the incorporation of additional apple varieties. Produced in batch of less than 60 liters, it serves as an experimental exploration into the evolution of flavor profiles by introducing different apple cultivars alongside blackberries.
