Based on a classic recipe from a famous British brewery, this beer is a reinterpretation of a Burton Old Stock Ale: sugary, toasted and sweet enough to be appreciated with traditional Christmas food by a fireplace.Maris Otter malt as base mixed with generous blend of brittish caramel malts and dark candi sugar, fermented with a classic British yeast to give it a distinct character of plums, dark fruits and molasses.
