Pale Sour in Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey Finish Vino de Naranja BarrelsBottle Release 3/15/25 - $14/500mL BottleOur friends at Sagamore Spirit (Baltimore, MD) finished a five-year-old Rye Whiskey in Vino de Naranja (orange-infused sherry) barrels for 30 months. We in turn refilled those barrels with golden sour and New Zealand pale ale. This blend showcases unique notes of vanilla and fruit infused from the oak along with acid, pear, and lemon from house culture.
