This new IPA features dry hopping with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops, which impart a delightful blend of citrus, pine, and floral aromas. To maintain a rich golden hue and add a smooth caramel note, traditional roasting malts are replaced with hand-crafted caramel. This method enhances the beer’s light, crisp, and refined bitterness, making it an exceptionally drinkable West Coast IPA.
