Made with the help of our frequent collaborators Fork & Brewer, we’ve used cold settled merlot grape must, a green fleshed grape which gains a pretty pink hue from its skin during the pressing process. It’s then co-fermented with our kettle soured Jellyfish base.Don’t waste time, gotta have it super fast.
