Pink Pantera

Описание

The Pink Boots Society is an organisation that promotes women in the fermented beverage industry. Every year members and supporters hold a collaboration brew day, with a percentage of profits being donated to the organisation that promotes knowledge sharing in the field. Originally we intended this to be a session NEIPA, but during the mash process we democratically decided to prolong it. We used a special hop blend that was made by Yakima Chief for the collab, this year it consists of Loral, HBC586 and Ekuanot hops. The result? Hoppy, incredibly aromatic, with some peach in the nose along woth other yellow and tropical fruit, and some citrus. Not exactly a session but very tasty;)
