American Brown Ale

An assertive American Brown Ale which combines chocolaty, roasty dark malts with a hefty dose of citrus and pine-heavy American hops. This beer utilises a number of specialty malts from Gladfield to build layers of rich and toasty malt flavour, as well as a small amount of flaked maize to dry the body out and maintain a refreshing finish. Packed full of citrussy, herbal and piney hop flavour, but still with a lifted aroma of grapefruit and Turkish delight alongside biscuit and chocolate from the malt. Maintains the complexity of a dark beer with the hop character of an IPA.
