This crispy, cold fermented, hoppy beverage was brewed with our house lager strain yet hopped at rates traditional with both breweries IPA portfolios. A modern mashup of styles, built upon a minimalist malt bill of 100% German Pilsner malt and brewed with maximum flavor and crush-ability in mind. New Tradition features German Hallertau Blanc and Tettnanger hops on the hotside along with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Mosaic in the fermentor resulting in a resinous, cleanly crafted yet tropically charged flavor profile.⁣
