Date 3/21. Belgian-inspired refresher brewed with a single strain of eccentric yeast of Belgian origin, cellared patiently, and bottle conditioned to a nice spritz. A very simple beer made with care, attention to detail, and patience. Sensory notes are as follows: Sensible amounts of classic Belgian spice, earthy, lemony, a healthy dose of bergamot/earl gray—a little custard too
