Our mainstay is once again getting a seasonal twist! Teaming up with our friends at Wyckoff Farms and Yakima Chief Hops, we’ve integrated fresh YCH 301 Trial hops into the recipe with the sole intention of knocking your socks off. These uniquely processed wet hops were frozen immediately after harvest to ensure peak oil content, then turned into YCH Cryo® pellets to deliver the loudest and loveliest expression possible. To round it out we added fresh frozen, whole cone Mosaic alongside Motueka hops, giving this brew a stunning farm-to-pint-glass experience.Features crisp floral and bright citrus notes, while its silky body harbors rich hop oils and dankness.
