Organic Harvest Saison 2020 (Red Wine Barrel Aged)

Organic Harvest Saison is a beer we have produced annually since we began LEP. Brewed in September 2020 & aged in a single fresh red wine barrel & left to await an addition of our fresh-off-the-bine organic Bramling Cross hops picked during September harvest. Once these hops are added, the beer was left to age another 6 months until bottling in March 2021.This beer offers a tasting experience whether you try it immediately after release, or allow it to age & let the hop oils mellow & funk develop.
