Protégé (2025)

Protégé is earthy, dry and packed full of grape tannins having conditioned on spent pinot noir skins from Freedom of the Press – a brilliant small batch winery based in the Cotswolds. We added raspberries alongside the grape skins to help provide balance and a more rounded fruit character. The resulting beer is a deep crimson colour with flavours of summer berries and sangria.
