Описание

This beast of a barley wine has been aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels. With it's 14% it is almost thick, velvety and powerfully complex. It has a backbone of sweetness which is balanced by the wood, spirit aromas and a composite of flavours from the maltbill. Notes of toffee, dried figs and dates mixing with vanilla and wood from the barrel ageing.
