For this Juicy, Hazy IPA we were stoked to have native San Diegan Scott Wood from Courtyard Brewing in New Orleans come to North Park and throw some of his acquired Cajun big easy lifestyle into this brew. NOLA knows how to party, so the beer had to be above 7.5% in ABV. The triple threat of Nelson, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops creates an aroma of citrus and tropical fruit with hints of guava and grassy notes. Backed off on bitterness with a full-bodied mouth feel and dry finish, this beer is a party starter, on University Ave or Bourbon Street.
