Simcoe/Mosaic/Idaho-7We may have been open for two years but we have been at 21 McCauley St for over three (cheers City of Sydney Council!). It's our little home so for our second birthday we have made a beer dedicated to our brewery/taproom and all the people who come to visit. For our first birthday we released a little beer called Birthday Suit. It was our second DIPA and the first one we canned. You loved it, so DIPAs became a regular feature in our monthly releases.
