Harvest ale is a Franschhoek amber ale that celebrates the growingseason and local agriculture. This seasonal ale combines late harvestFranschhoek Syrah grapes, pecans, citrus fynbos and estate hopsgrown at the brewery. These ingredients are supported by a blend offive grains: oats, rye, wheat, barley and millet malted in our cellar. Itwas dry hopped with African Queen hops, which add a distinct berry,dark fruit, black currant, wine character to compliment the jammySyrah notes beautifully.
