Wheat Wine made with all local ingredients, including 100% organic barley, wheat and spelt from Gyrup Malt and Copenhagen grown hops from our friends ByHumle. Aged for 14 months in small format Thy Whisky barrels (ex Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez sherry).This edition is conditioned on vanilla beans from 4 difference growing regions: Uganda, Tanzania, French Polynesia, and Madagascar.Brewed in collaboration with the vanilla kings of Forager Brewery, Bicycle Brewing and Øllebrødre.
