Blackout IPA

At peak fermentation, we experienced a blackout that hit a bunch of our tanks temperature control. Luckily, this beer was ready for it as it roared through it’s maturation without faults. “A darn tasty number” says brewer, Jake. It’s been very hard not to tap this out of the tanks, it’s been so tasty. Roasty and chocolatey malts are balanced nicely with some IPA sweetness and tropical, fruity hops.
