Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Clocking in at 3.8%, Permutation 6.15 delivers the familiar citrus forward, bright tropical fruit tones offered by Citra hops in a light and easy drinking package. Pouring a hazy golden yellow, enticing aromatics of orange rind and pineapple cubes converge on the nose with a touch of freshly cut grass. The palate follows closely, adding in flavors of ripe mango and yellow peach with a balancing note of blooming pine. Light bodied with a refreshing carbonation and soft mouthfeel, Permutation 6.15’s mouthwatering finish and low ABV invite you back to enjoy another pint.
