Brewed with Pilsner malt, malted wheat, and oats, a multi-step mash regimen, and lots of Citra pellets in the kettle. Open fermented at 12°C with freshly harvested WLP830, transferred onto whole leaf Citra and whole leaf Cascade to finish fermentation, and then cold conditioned at 3°C for three weeks on hops.
