It's unlike anything we've ever done.The abv necessary for the label of "imperial" is widely contested, but it has been said it has to be high enough that an English King would say "hell yeah I'd drink that!" For an English King that's 8%, but we figured, this is America! And went for 11.6% because...America!We think the royal cider drinkers would approve.
