CUNNING OF HANDIPA w/ Citra (Spectrum), Mosaic & Galaxy • 7% ABVCunning of Hand is an IPA standing at the forefront of brewing evolution: by experimenting with new technology at the leading edge of science, while keeping one foot still in the traditional brewing world, a vital new practice is being forged.Every element in this complex process is elevated to its most pure proportion here: notes of peach/honeydew/cantaloupe, with a soft mouthfeel & low bitterness come together in a glorious rhapsody of flavour. This edition is most-likely the best Cunning we’ve yet made and we are terribly excited to share it with you - proust!
