To celebrate our first birthday, we got our bar team together to brew a beer to mark the occasion. We decided to set ourselves the challenge of shoehorning the flavours of a birthday cake into a beer. Brewed with lactose for a sweet finish and full body, and vanilla and raspberry added during conditioning. Birthday cake in a glass!
