In honor of the late, greats Albert and one of a kind OllieThis is a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) IPA but unlike Alberto’s Mosaic (our previous SMaSH beer for the SPCA) this one uses Nectaron hops. We first used this NZ hop in Take Your Best Shot but being on its own really lets the citrus, peach and tropical flavors shine. It is an interesting hybrid style of IPA with a hazy look and tropical flavors balanced with bitterness. And at 6.6% it’s very crushable.
