Modern Rustic - A farmhouse red ale brewed for GABS!Fermented with a yeast blend including and Saison strain and a Brettanomyces strain, this beer presents an aroma of classic Saison character (think delicate spices) accentuated by fruit bowl character courtesy of the Brettanomyces yeast. The beer has a light body with a spritzy mouthfeel, with the crystal malts shining through. The beer finishes with a light bitterness.
