Choux #3

For stout challenge 2021 we decided to brew our third iteration of Choux (our series of pastry inspired stouts). For number 3 we decided to invoke the idea of one of our favourite breakfast spread combos - peanut butter and raspberry jam. The base is a big, malty and decadent imperial milk stout - loaded up with peanut butter and a healthy dose of raspberries. Contains lactose.
