Brewed for the Beer Jerk Advent Calendar. A wit bier (blanche) made with pilsner malt, vienna, unmalted wheat and flaked oats. Step mashed and boiled with a light bittering hop charge followed by coriander seed, chalmomile and orange zest at flameout. We decided to give the beer a little kiwi twist by dry hopping with Motueka hops. Citrusy, herbal and refreshing - great for a kiwi Christmas!
