Come With Me, is a hop experiment for us at To Øl CPH. This beer was brewed along side "Get Down" and both beers are completely identical in every way, apart from the hops we used. This beer features German grown Hallertau Amarillo T90 pellets only. T90 is the most widely used type of hop pellet, where 10% of the original plant material has been removed, so that the hop is slightly more concentrated. Amarillo is normally grown in the USA, but this lot is grown in the Hallertau region of Germany. Try both beers side by side, and notice the stark difference in appearance, aroma and flavor, that is only due to the hops. Enjoy!
