Originating from the Goslar region in Germany, famous for the slightly saline brewing water, which provides a sweet briney note to contrast the acidity. This is a clean, tart, refreshing beer with delicate fruity notes and high carbonation.Delicate lemon, pepper & juicy-peach aromas play nicely with the bready notes from the malt and the acidity.The sourness is distinct, yet soft and balanced by the briney finish.
