Brewed with German malt and wild rice harvested in the north woods of Wisconsin. Fermented cold with a special strain of lager yeast from an old Minneapolis brewery. Clean malty tones finishing with a nutty spice. A unique midwestern alternative to a traditional German Oktoberfest.
