Janus Project / Rogue Welsh Cakes / Welsh Cake Porter

Описание

Janus Project // Rogue Welsh cakes // Welsh cake PorterOur first collab in our new brewery and the opening beer of the JANUS PROJECT. Like the god Janus we’ve taken on two heads, ours and the person or brewery we choose to collab with through this series. First up is Rogue Welsh Cakes. These guys make amazing Welsh cakes in the heart of Cardiff with amazing additions and delights inside. We collabed up and made a Porter style beer with real Welsh cakes in the mash. Weighing in at 5.3% this Porter hits you just in time for the Christmas festivities. It’s a Smooth, rich Porter with subtle notes of raisins, dried fruit and roasted malt and nuts from the Welsh cakes and malt selection and of course nitro poured for creaminess.
