A single decoction mashed pilsner made with all Ontario ingredients from some of our favorite grower/producer/processors in the province.Pilsner malt from Barn Owl Malt.Willamette hops from VQH farms.Water from our well.Lagered for just over 5 weeks, it is simple, yet densely layered and eminently drinkable, we taste notes of doughy biscuit malt, fruity and floral hop aromatics, Ontario, a gentle but firm bitterness, and a soft mouthfeel without sacrificing any crisp drinkability.
