Riesling/Cayuga 2019

This single barrel selection was originally brewed in 2019, and spent many months aging in French oak barrels with one of our house cultures. It was then further conditioned upon Cayuga and Riesling wine lees. This offering is semi-dry and effervescent with notes of apricot, ripe mango, orange marmalade and vanilla.
