Honey Rye Tea

This one-of-a-kind recipe includes a few of our favorite beer ingredients. 22% of the grain bill is made up of earthy, spicy rye malt, which combines with gunpowder green tea, and honey from our pals at Maryland’s Apex Apiary. The end result is almost as if you spread honey on a piece of rye bread and served it alongside a lovely cup of tea. The aromas all mix and mingle in harmony, while the finish includes just enough residual sweetness.
