Adore is a mixed fermentation beer that has been aged in Pinot Noir barrels using the Solera Style method, an old Spanish method of aging wine in wooden barrels. Using this method from the initial fermentation, to its 5-month maturation, the beer expressed distinctive white wine notes with some mild acid notes.
