Ditching the traditional orange and coriander additions, this Wit is a strictly hop based affair. Pouring a hazy straw, it leads with bright citrus notes at the centre, accompanied by berry and stone fruit over a familiar phenolic background. In the mouth it's both fluffy and chewy. Clove and herbal notes find a hint of lemon as this one finishes up slightly tart and spicy.
