This is a 13.5% Speculaas cookie-inspired Imperial Stout aged in rye barrels for 32 months and conditioned on coffee beans from our bffs at LDU Coffee, Indonesian Vanilla and the Speculaas cookies themselves! This decadent stout is full-bodied, and oh so satisfying, with notes of chocolate malt, baking spices, caramel, and rich coffee. There are gentle flavors of the Dutch Speculaas cookies and the finish lingers with espresso notes.
