Introducing @drylakehops IPA (6.4% abv). Dry Lakes Columbus this past year had phenomenal aroma. We could only get 6 lbs of it, so we boiled for three hours to limit volume, increase abv and maximize the contribution of these hops in the whirlpool. While dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and El Dorodo, the Saskatchewan grown Dry Lakes Columbus in the whirlpool is the star. This beer is BURSTING with hop flavor. Also includes 100% Rosthern area grown Makers malt barley and wheat.
