West Coast IPA w/ Rakau, Nelson, & Motueka from Garston Hops, NZ.The fine folks at Garston Hops in New Zealand were eager to show off some of their freshly havested 2025 Rakau, so we brewed up this collab to feature some of their finest hops in a modern West Coast IPA.Rack-ow? Ruh-cow? Rock-oh? However you say it, this underrated hop brings notes of tropical fruit, peach, berries, and lemongrass to the table, along with some passionfruit, dank, and lime flavors from their Nelson and Riwaka.
