Flight of Icarus is back! This IPA is brewed with loads of wheat, flaked wheat and oats to create a creamy silky mouthfeel. The beer has a lower bitterness than regular IPAs and is fermented with a unique English Ale yeast strain, which gives fruity esters of stone fruits and tropical flavors. This time we changed the hop bill a little, and heavily dry hopped the beer with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops, for a juicy, hoppy delight!
