Pride Of Ringwood is probably the most stereotypical Australian hop used by the big boys in their commercial lagers (think Fosters and Carlton). We managed to smuggle ourselves some into Japan and have used it to provide a pleasant somewhat-fruity lingering bitterness in this clear amber-coloured liquid. At only 4.5% alcohol, this tasty treat will keep you hydrated in the summer sun. Perfect for those long summer drinking sessions or after a kite surf on Lake Biwa!
