American Amber AleAnother brew using whole hops from the local Hilltop Farm. Uniquely, they are able to harvest a second hop crop each year in Autumn. This American Amber Ale pours beautifully copper/amber with a dense lasting head. Massive hits of fresh pine needles and citrus backed up with a full malt profile with caramel/toffee notes and a firm but balanced bitterness
