Long story short, we DDH'ed another DIPA. Hahahahaha. How we mean? We brewed a big DIPA with some of our favorite hop varieties (Columbus, El Dorado and Galaxy) then dry hopped it with our most pungent hops. What we are left with, is very aromatic hop juice that was fermented with our house yeast strain and only the finest English malts.
