A pretty special beer A WILD ale naturally/ spontaneously fermented with and on hand-picked peaches and nectarines (Matsumoto Family Farm) for 32 months.In 2022 Adriana and Henry visited Masumoto Family Farm and picked Elberta peaches and Le Grand nectarines for a beer in mind. We brewed a small batch of beer (wort) and filled two oak barrels with just the fruit and no additional yeast. The beer naturally/spontaneously fermented from the microflora residing on the fruit. Slowly fermented and conditioned on fruit for 32 months. This wild beer was then refermented in green cork and caged champagne bottles. 750ml. Lovely and Lively! @masumoto_family
