Zansho "Lingering Summer Heat" (残暑)

A jalapeno infused IPA. The strong spicy aromas make you feel very scared, but once you sip, you will be addicted to this IPA with a mild spiceness. Spelt is partially used for this "partially gluten-free beer".IPAをベースに生のハラペーニョを使用した珍しいビール。食欲をそそる強烈なハラペーニョの香りに心臓の鼓動が早まりますが、一口飲むとそのマイルドな辛さに安心します。大麦麦芽の他にも古代小麦も使用しており、パーシャルグルテンフリーなビールです。
